Public Installations:
Louisa has created several large-scale public installations located in Northern Vermont.
Fern the Stegosaurus - 2010, LUV
“Fern” the Stegosaurus was Louisa’s first ever sculpture. Louisa helped her mother create this piece as a landmark for her hometown. Children from the nearby preschool take walks to say hello to Fern every week. The piece truly inspired Louisa, and she’s been making sculptures ever since.
The Horse with No Name - 2015, LUV
“The Horse with No Name” was created to commemorate the history of St. Albans, VT. The piece is a life-sized Clydesdale horse created with scrap from the town’s industrial district.
